If you are unhappy with your product, simply return it with its original packaging along with the receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. If you have any problems with your order, please contact me on chat or fill in the form at the bottom of the page. Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
